Never miss anything on a call by recording every one. This FREE and Unlimited feature keeps a record of every call you make and receive through our service.

You can enable Call Recording on any or all of your Virtual Numbers. If enabled, every incoming call and every outbound Outdial call, both from your phone or the web, is recorded. Great for Telephone Mystery Shopping and Call Tracking on advertising, ensuring that calls are handled professionally by your staff or a 3rd party, or to just keep a record. Call Recordings show up in the same place as your Voicemails, so you can see the calls that were recorded as well as the Voicemails recorded simultaneously.

We offer FREE and Unlimited Call Recording Storage, so you'll never miss recording an important call. We NEVER delete Call Recordings while your account is active, unless you delete them. But you don't have to; we have virtually Unlimited Call Recording capacity, so you never have to delete Call Recordings.

There are laws within the US, both on Federal State and local levels, that may require you to notify both parties that Call Recording is occurring. Because we cannot know what state each party is physically residing in, by default we play a short message to both the caller and the callee indicating that Call Recording is enabled.

Because in many states, and possibly outside the US, only one party consent is required, we allow you to prevent this message from being played. By doing so, you take full responsibility for following the laws in your, and in some cases the caller or callee's, location, and agree to hold us harmless.
